Hello, everyone, greetings and salutations from the Pacific Northwestern U.S. Parting is such sweet sorrow as the immortal bard William Shakespeare said. And well, we’ve come to the end of Icewind Dale II. It’s been quite a ride so far and My Gaming Journey is still going with a second saga coming up. I’d like to thank everyone who’s viewed this, reminded it, referred this on to Twitter and Facebook, everyone who’s commented, and those who have subscribed to my channel. Thank you so much all of you for helping to bring me closer to my goal of having 250 subscribers or more by the end of the year. Each of you is a true blessing

Now before I begin the Epilogue, I’d like to welcome the following new subscribers to my channel: @zhomartkyisabaeve, DJ & Producer FreakNoize @moizex, @OpRegensis helping to give nature it’s groove back, the champions of head banging Heavy Metal @powersong, and @ftyshadesofjay. Welcome aboard, get your seatbelts on because things will get interesting.

Now rather than being from a P.O.V. this will be a narrative version of what happened to the party members. Get ready to hear the tale of what happened to the party after Icewind Dale II.

Brannon, Paladin of Helm

Brianna, Monk of the order of the Broken Ones.

With the legacy of Belhifet, in the form of the Twins, Isair and Madae, along with the Legion of the Chimera defeated, Brannon returned to Athkatla, Brianna joining the paladin.

Athkatla, the city of coin in Amn.

The adventure they had shared together had brought them closer as a couple. Over the years the two would have more adventures becoming known in Faerun as a duo dedicated to justice and righteousness. Eventually the two married and with the vast fortune they had collected set up The Steelsong Academy of the Sacred, a school originally dedicated to Selune, Illmatar, Helm, and their teachings.

Behold, The Steelsong Academy of the Sacred!

Other Gods of Good would come to join the school over the years and many would graduate from this illustrious school including legendary Paladin Keldorn Fircam.

One of Stellsong Academy's illustrious alumni, Keldorn Fircam.

Brannon and Brianna would go on to have a small brood of children, all dedicated to righteousness and good but also not kept in a bubble, for Brannon and Brianna had learned well from the mistake that mother Egania had made. The Steelsong family would grow to prominence in the years to come. Steelsong Academy would again come to note when it served as a shelter for so many during the time of the Spellplague crisis.

When the Spellplague ravaged the land Steelsong Academy stood strong aginst it!

Over the years the school founded generations ago by Brannon and Brianna Steelsong would come to be one of the most highly respected schools of martial and holy learning in not just Amn but all of Faerun.

Garrett, Painbearer of Illmatar

Mali, the Half-Elf ROgue.

Garrett and Mali spent time in Icewind Dale after the events with the Legion of Chimera. In that time the kind deeds and noble acts Garrett and Mali did went very far in restoring the faith of Illmatar. Over time the Fellowship of Windseekers would come to serve as a powerful force of Illmatar’s mercy and compassion in the harsh frozen North.

Word would soon spread through Icewind Dale of the order of the Windseekers and Ilmatar's loving mercy.

Eventually Garrett would take to teaching Illmatar’s scripture and skill with a mace at the Steelsong Academy of the Sacred.

When not teaching or with his family Garrett would spen much time in the mountains meditating.

As for Mali, rumor has it, she over time became a powerful guild master in the Shadow Thieves. The couple would also go on to have a small brood of children of their own. There have even been rumors over the years that the Shadowmaster Aran Linvail may be a descendant of them, whether this is or isn’t the case The Shadowmaster hasn’t said.

Some say Aran Linvail is a descendant of Garrett and Mali Ironspur. If so the Shadowmaster has never confirmed or denied.

The two lived long and well the events of the Legion of the Chimera having brought the two even closer together.

Terrax of Thay, the Sorceror AKA Terrax Nightstorm

Dar'Kandra, The Drow Warrior

Terrax of Thay AKA Terrax Nightstorm and Dar’Kandra would return to Thay. Terrax’s parents were instantly taken with the Drow Elf. Dar’Kandra may have lost her house in the Underdark but in Thay helped to build a new clan.

Returning to Thay's capital to plan for the future.

The Nightstorm family would grow large and become immensely powerful in Thay in the years that followed as well as feared. The Thayvian men of the family were regarded as highly intelligent and highly dangerous. The women of the family were also regarded as very subtle and masters of manipulation. In time The Nightstorm family gained  so much power that their reach went far beyond Thay. The Nightsstorm family began systematically corrupting the Governments of other nations in a systematic effort to bring the entire world of Faerun under their control. While at it they also built a powerful fighting force of humanoids, monsters, and even magical golems and creatures.

Many would join the Nightstorm's army to farther their ambitions of world conquest!

It reached the point where the descendants of the Nightstorm family almost succeeded in taking over Faerun. However, at the last moment their army was destroyed and political machinations thwarted by the intervention of an up and coming adventuring company…lead by a certain legendary ranger and his miniature giant space hamster.
