@jasonleeg When we were young it was difficult to amass wealth and when we grew a bit older we had to exert much effort to find a wife. When we finally did get married the effort required to make ends meet left us little time to enjoy her company and sometimes all her company did was make us miserable. This is the story of many people's lives.

Do you think that the current human condition and life on Earth is tolerable and acceptable just the way it is? Are you fine with our global situation? If so, then there's nothing for you here. I highly doubt that's the case, though. Everyone knows, whether they're conscious of it or not, that something is terribly wrong in the world. It's just a matter of wanting to know what it actually is – to get to the causal factors... the WHY. Not many want to face that. They want change, but they don't want TO change.
If you feel that the current human condition and life on Earth are tolerable just the way they are, and you are content with our global situation as it is now, then there is nothing for you to find here. As the old saying goes: “There is nothing new under the sun.” This simply means that truth is singular and eternal. It has always been here and will always be here; it is our perceptions that must be aligned to it.
Some of you are likely to be angered by some of the things you are about to read, so be it. The fact of the matter is that truth itself, by its very nature, is belligerent; because it “wages war” against all forms of falsehood and deception.

An old man told me a story I couldn't put down. I still don't know how much of it was true. Neither will you.
Maier files started there — a graphic novel following an ordinary couple, Dieter and Lena, after they surface the diaries of Otto Maier: a physicist who vanished without a trace at the end of the Second World War. What they find pulls them into a conflict between mighty, mismatched powers that never stopped fighting over what Maier knew.
It's rooted in real European locations, Germanic mythology, runic tradition, and history most people were never taught. Alongside the twelve published episodes sits a research archive of nearly 900 articles, published on the same site, in the same voice. No one draws the line for you between where the record ends and the story begins.
Self-published, cover to cover. No committee softened this, and none will.
This story is dedicated to those who know they do not know.
