Hi, I’m Chris, and welcome to my Minds page. I’m a freelance illustrator living in the Philadelphia area, and a graduate of the Tyler School of Art. My specialty is creating fantastical characters, creatures, and settings for the worlds of science fiction, fantasy, and horror. Under the warm glow of the moon, I draw the ache of beauty, the bite of memory, and the touch of the otherworld ,softly, slowly, and sometimes a little scandalously. I treat grief like it’s holy and lust like it’s sacred. I draw the in-between where love lingers, where love isn’t lost, only changed And yes, sometimes the ghost gets to stick around and flirt a little. My main weapon of choice is digital illustration (Procreate on iPad), though I like to dabble in the physical too; pencil, ink, colored pencil, gouache I like to try anything at least once.

Mark Price Dream Pond: Lost in a world from a dream that never was, or could it be reality in the land of just because?!? If you are one of the musicians looking for some of the odd ball fingerings I use, it was easier to show than to tell. The vids were under (M1 at the Pond) And (Pa4X at the Pond). The site removed most of them, sorry. It started in Michigan with music. X-Navy (SteamPunk), Retired Telco, still music. Now it's made in Texas! Rough bits and pieces. Kind-a Early American Wedding Band with a touch of Twang! Instrumental interpretations, not intended for vocals, mostly. Tuned to 432hz "I am what I am, that's all that I am." I am a digital artist who is also a closet centrist. Although my stance is only likely to effect my passion projects, I still feel like PC culture forbids even that much. I firmly believe there is a difference between genuine prejudice and making a dynamic character and PC culture deems them to be the same, reducing opportunities into regressive and offensive purse puppy characters. PC culture is stifling freedom of speech and freedom of expression this way and I'm not going to let that happen to me. Then again, maybe my anxieties of being called a monster for being a pansexual making an asexual character isn't that big of a deal—people like my furries and animal art best after all :D. #art #artist #digitalart #digitalpainting

Trying to be philosophically consistent and self aware, liberty minded individual making snarky and/or insightful comments (hopefully). On occasion I will try to one up conspiracy theory types for shits, giggles and the unlikely chance they may gain some insight into how batshit crazy they really are. I also take photos of stuff. I intend my posts here show my evolution and improvement as a photographer and (hopefully) a trend slowly moving towards technical mastery and artistic expression. If I have one piece of advice it's "stop humoring racists/identiterians". They are objectively bad people, and you should stop assuming they're just ignorant or mistaken. They're adults, treat them like it.
