Today I would like to discuss and give advise of how to maintain your immune system against the coronavirus. Now one of the most common myth is that the coronavirus kills people. That's quite true but misconception. You see it is not the coronavirus that DIRECTLY kills people, it's the low immunity which causes high inflammatory response in specific area where the virus is such as the lungs. When people have low immunity due to insufficient nutrients and corticosteroids, it causes something called cytokine storm syndrome. It has symptoms such as fever, fatigue, join pain, body and muscle pain, vomiting, dizziness and so on. When there is too much cytokines which is a systemic inflammatory response, it causes severe inflammation that is even out of control, inflammation such as the lungs where the coronavirus is, which causes damages to the mucous membranes and causes fluid build up in the lungs. So there you have it the true cause why people die from getting Coronavirus.
Now I am going to explain what exactly needs to be done in order to properly survive while having the coronavirus. The very first step is to maintain your immune system, get the nutrients every single day. For starters I would focus on building up the adrenal glands for secreting sufficient amount of corticosteroids that are highly anti-inflammatory hormones and controlling the immune system and the cytokines. In order to build up the adrenal glands would be vitamin C, B5 and adaptogenic herbs. Rich source of vitamin C I like would be Amla berries, Acerola cherry, Kiwifruits. But I will explain in a bit of how to make your own homemade super vitamin C juice by using specific fruits that are easy to find in any store or supermarket. Next would be vitamin B5 found in nutritional yeast, oat bran, rice bran, stinging nettle tea, seaweeds and so on. As for the adaptogenic herbs I like ashwagandha, astragalus, Siberian ginseng, panax ginseng, schisandra, arctic root, stinging nettle, Jiaogulan and Chinese licorice root. That is how you build up your adrenal glands, also vitamin C reduces excessive cytokines.
Next would be supporting the white blood cells and that would be seaweeds and nutritional yeast containing polysaccharides that helps stimulating the white blood cells. Vitamin D is important too but you can get a supplement called vitamin D3 of 2000 IU with zinc mineral of 50 milligrams taking together with foods and you can also buy something called Ge-132 Germanium of 100 milligrams a day too. Also keep your stress down try to do deeper breathing method to relax your mind and your adrenal glands to keep the stress low. Try to avoid caffeine, nicotine, ephedrine, NSAID drugs and steroid drugs since these substances can crash your adrenal glands. Also try to consume the rest of the other nutrients that are highly anti-inflammatory such as vitamin E and even omega 3 and so on. You can also buy black pepper powder and turmeric powder. You want to make turmeric tea with adding a little bit of black pepper to be super anti-inflammatory and enhancing the absorption of curcumin compound in turmeric because the curcumin compound has also shown to inhibit the cytokine storm as well. You also want to maintain your intestinal flora by consuming fibers in vegetables and fruits and especially fermented foods.
Next what I want to mention is that can the COVID-19 be eradicated? The answer is obviously yes because if you maintain your immune system, you will have more properly secretion of antibodies that directly neutralize the virus and especially enhancing the cytotoxic T cells and T killer cells killing the infected cells with the COVID-19 in it. There are specific herbs that I absolutely love that can actually kill the coronavirus and that would be chaparral, Pau D'arco and especially andrographis combined that enhances the super anti-viral effectiveness. But I understand that these plants are pretty difficult to find. Another advise I would also give is try to look for cayenne pepper and licorice root and osha root or you can use cayenne pepper alone, those 3 has shown to clear the airways of the lungs and keep the lungs clean and protecting the mucous membranes as well.
The final advise would be making your own homemade super vitamin C recipe smoothie. What you need is 1 calamansi or lemon, 1 papaya fruit, 1 kiwifruit, a cup of strawberries and 2 or 3 oranges, and add some mineral water in it and then you blend it till you see it is smoothie. Then you want to drink it throughout the whole day and do not drink excessively or too fast or one time completely because it may cause some mild side effects, so try to drink it gently throughout the whole day.
