Recently the coronavirus outbreak has started to happen that started all the way from China in a place called Wuhan. Scientists are desperately trying to look to develop a vaccine as a treatment. Right now a clinical trial has recently began about using a medication called Remdesivir to see if it is effective to suppress and control the coronavirus to prevent to replicate. Now there is a therapy that will destroy the coronavirus completely from the body and even from the areas and that would be ozone therapy.

What is ozone therapy?

Now what exactly is ozone therapy? Well first of all, what is ozone? It’s simply an oxidant gas of consisting 3 oxygen atoms attached to it which is called O3 and for what we breathe is O2 which is basically called as dioxygen but people call it just oxygen anyway since it is a stable non-oxidant molecule. Now we are completely aware of that we should not breathe ozone at high concentration since it can cause inflammation to the lungs and leading to lung spasm which causes a person difficult to breathe due to the constriction of the muscles on the walls of the bronchioles. However, we have actually been inhaling ozone all the way to the ground level since the day we have stepped foot on this earth. Couple of evidences are such as the burning fuels of the fossils reacting with the sunlight making ozone, and another one would be thunderstorm that zaps the the electricity splitting the 2 oxygen atoms apart and combine together again with an extra atom to it which turns in to O3. Methods of ozone therapy

As we know that we are not suppose to breathe ozone as a part of therapy since ozone therapy never promotes people to breathe or inhale ozone. However, there are several specific ways to properly administrate ozone into the body. You have such as rectal insufflation, Vaginal insufflation, ear insufflation, ozonated autohemotherapy, drinking ozonated water and you have ozonepheresis. If someone has coronavirus, the best effective treatment would be ozonepheresis, basically the blood is run through a modified dialysis unit where the blood is subjected to the ozone in the machine and the blood reinfused back in to the bloodstream in a continuous cycle which is absolutely amazing and very effective because of the saturation of ozone, when ozone is properly saturated in the body, the more easier for any kind of virus including coronavirus to be completely destroyed from the body. Another way would be ear insufflation which is ozone into the ear but it needs to be done in therapeutic dosing and slowly because you really don’t want to inject ozone into the ear too fast or in high concentrated since it can cause inflammation to the brain which leads to brain swelling and this causes the brain to get crushed because the space of the skull cannot expand. The chemistry of ozone and how ozone destroys pathogens in physiology and biochemistry proven by science

Ozone treats cancer through a variety of mechanisms. The primary mechanism is through the production of peroxides. This is the same mechanism as natural killer cells destroy cancer cells by attaching to the cancer cells and injecting the peroxides which are free radicals.

Normal cells contain antioxidant enzymes to deal with the peroxides generated by one group of these enzymes, superoxide dismutases (SOD). That's right, SOD both generates peroxides and breaks peroxides down and the reason for that is because hydrogen peroxide is an extremely important free radical for the body being used to kill pathogens and cancer cells as well as being essential for white blood cell activation. Although the peroxide could damage our cells if not for the antioxidant enzymes SOD, catalase and peroxidases. The Achilles heel of cancer cells is the fact that they lack these enzymes and therefore are unable to break down the peroxides.

As for the effects of ozone on cells. Ozone forms several peroxides, hydrogen peroxide with reaction with water and lipid peroxides with reaction with fatty acids. These fatty acids include the fatty acids found in the cell membranes. The peroxides generated enter in to both healthy and cancerous cells. But the antioxidant enzymes in the healthy cells break these peroxides down in to oxygen and water. The cancerous cells though lack these enzymes and therefore cannot break down the peroxides. Because they are not broken down the peroxides continue entering the cancer cells causing them to swell like a water balloon until they burst. For this reason the ozone selectively kills cancer cells, but not the healthy cells.

Advantages of ozone over allopathic treatments

what are the advantages of ozone OVER allopathic treatments, they are basically included such as that cancerous cells cannot build up a tolerance to ozone the way it can to chemotherapy or radiation therapy. This is especially useful for destroying metastasized cells that can migrate in to the brain or bone where they are hard to treat with allopathic methods.

Ozone therapy is not inhibited by a poor vasculature within tumors as is the case with chemotherapy and radiation therapy, which is why these therapies have such low success rates. Ozone therapy does not cause metastases of cancer cells like biopsies and radiation therapy can. Ozone therapy is not carcinogenic (cancer causing) or immune suppressing like radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Ozone stimulates the healing of damaged tissues in low concentrations. Ozone treatments can be self administered at home.

Functions of ozone in the body

There are many functions of how ozone does are specifically included such as the destruction of cancer producing pathogens. Oxidative destruction of xenoestrogens and other carcinogens. Increasing levels of immune stimulating and cancer fighting cytokines. Increasing levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD). SOD converts the superoxide anion in to oxygen, and anti-cancer and immune stimulating hydrogen peroxide. Increasing white blood cell activity. Decreasing lactate levels preventing its conversion back in to glucose through gluconeogenesis. Immediate and direct destruction of cancer cells through an overload of peroxide within the cancerous cells.

One of my most favorite mechanism of ozone, is first we need to understand that the vast majority of all human cancer cells are in fact caused by viruses. To claim that cancers are caused by hereditary birth genetic defect is completely nonsense. There is actually just ONE potential cancer that can be linked to hereditary and that is called retinoblastoma (tumor within the eyes of the babies but this does not happen all the time). Bacteria, fungus has been linked to cancer, though fungus causing cancer happens pretty rarely. One of the great examples is the case of Angelina Jolie for removing her breast, the reason why they did that is that they found the BRCA-1 gene, though people forgot to realize or haven't even realized is that the BRCA-1 gene is a TUMOR-SUPPRESSOR GENE and NOT a cancer-causing gene. This gene has been mutated and its ability to suppress the tumors has been blocked because of a VIRUS for example human papilloma virus. Now, going back about ozone, the mechanism by which ozone stops cancer is due to its powerful antimicrobial properties. Ozone is extremely effective in destroying viruses and other pathogens. This is partially through direct oxidative destruction of the pathogens and through white blood cell activation through the formation of peroxides. Now the reason why I gave cancer as an example is because the vast majority of all cancers are caused by viruses.

In short, how exactly does ozone destroy coronavirus?

Well that is simple, ozone damages the viral capsid and upsets the reproductive cycle by disrupting the virus-to-cell contact with peroxidation. The weak enzyme coatings on cells which make them vulnerable to invasion by viruses make them susceptible to oxidation and elimination from the body, which then replaces them with healthy cells. Hydrogen peroxides also destroys viruses and all other pathogens by oxidative destruction just like how peroxides destroys cancer cells with the cancer pathogens in it including xenoestrogens and carcinogens too by stealing their electrons too. Plus peroxides also stimulates the white blood cells so ozone is technically also an immune modulator too so coronavirus has no chance to win against such amazing benefits and gets easily destroyed as well.

Abstract: Ozone (O(3)) gas discovered in the mid-nineteenth century is a molecule consisting of three atoms of oxygen in a dynamically unstable structure due to the presence of mesomeric states. Although O(3) has dangerous effects, yet researchers believe it has many therapeutic effects. Ozone therapy has been utilized and heavily studied for more than a century. Its effects are proven, consistent, safe and with minimal and preventable side effects. Medical O(3) is used to disinfect and treat disease. Mechanism of actions is by inactivation of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast and protozoa, stimulation of oxygen metabolism, activation of the immune system. Medication forms in a gaseous state are somewhat unusual, and it is for this reason that special application techniques have had to be developed for the safe use of O(3). In local applications as in the treatment of external wounds, its application in the form of a transcutaneous O(3) gas bath has established itself as being the most practical and useful method, for example at low (sub-atmospheric) pressure in a closed system guaranteeing no escape of O(3) into the surrounding air. Ozonized water, whose use is particularly known in dental medicine, is optimally applied as a spray or compress. Diseases treated are infected wounds, circulatory disorders, geriatric conditions, macular degeneration, viral diseases, rheumatism/arthritis, cancer, SARS and AIDS.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Inactivation of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast and protozoa: Ozone therapy disrupts the integrity of the bacterial cell envelope through oxidation of the phospholipids and lipoproteins. In fungi, O3 inhibits cell growth at certain stages. With viruses, the O3 damages the viral capsid and upsets the reproductive cycle by disrupting the virus-to-cell contact with peroxidation. The weak enzyme coatings on cells which make them vulnerable to invasion by viruses make them susceptible to oxidation and elimination from the body, which then replaces them with healthy cells. Stimulation of oxygen metabolism: Ozone therapy causes an increase in the red blood cell glycolysis rate. This leads to the stimulation of 2,3-diphosphoglycerate which leads to an increase in the amount of oxygen released to the tissues. Ozone activates the Krebs cycle by enhancing oxidative carboxylation of pyruvate, stimulating production of ATP. It also causes a significant reduction in NADH and helps to oxidize cytochrome C. There is a stimulation of production of enzymes which act as free radical scavengers and cell-wall protectors: glutathione peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase. Production of prostacyline, a vasodilator, is also induced by O3.

Abstract: The role of ozone on earth is controversial, as in the stratosphere it is protective against excessive ultra violet irradiation, and in the troposphere it is toxic for animals and plants. Abstract: Ozone (O3) is a controversial gas because, owing to its potent oxidant properties, it exerts damaging effects on the respiratory tract and yet it has been used for four decades as a therapy. While the disinfectant activity of O3 is understandable, it is less clear how other biological effects can be elicited in human blood with practically no toxicity. On the other hand plasma and cells are endowed with a powerful antioxidant system so that a fairly wide range of O3 concentrations between 40 and 80 microg/ml per gram of blood (approximately 0.83-1.66 mM) are effective but not deleterious. After blood ozonation total antioxidant status (TAS) and plasma protein thiol groups (PTG) decrease by 20% and 25%, respectively, while thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) increases up to five-fold. The increase of haemolysis is negligible suggesting that the erythrocyte membrane is spared at the expense of other sacrificial substrates. While there is a clear relationship between the ozone dose and IL-8 levels, we have noticed that high TAS and PTG values inhibit the cytokine production. This is in line with the current idea that hydrogen peroxide, as a byproduct of O3 decomposition, acts as a messenger for the cytokine induction.

The present knowledge allows to understand the prolonged inhalation of ozone can be very deleterious first for the lungs and successively for the whole organism. On the other hand, a small ozone dose well calibrated against the potent antioxidant capacity of blood can trigger several useful biochemical mechanisms and reactivate the antioxidant system. In detail, firstly ex vivo and second during the infusion of ozonated blood into the donor, the ozone therapy approach involves blood cells and the endothelium, which by transferring the ozone messengers to billions of cells will generate a therapeutic effect. Thus, in spite of a common prejudice, single ozone doses can be therapeutically used in selected human diseases without any toxicity or side effects. Moreover, the versatility and amplitude of beneficial effect of ozone applications have become evident in orthopedics, cutaneous, and mucosal infections as well as in dentistry.

Abstract: Tumor hypoxia is an adverse factor for chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Ozone therapy is a non-conventional form of medicine that has been used successfully in the treatment of ischemic disorders. This prospective study was designed to assess the effect of ozone therapy on tumor oxygenation. Eighteen subjects were recruited for the study. Systemic ozone therapy was administered by autohemotransfusion on three alternate days over one week. Tumor oxygenation levels were measured using polarographic needle probes before and after the first and the third ozone therapy session. Overall, no statistically significant change was observed in the tumor oxygenation in the 18 patients. However, a significant decrease was observed in hypoxic values ≤10 and ≤5 mmHg of pO2. When individually assessed, a significant and inverse non-linear correlation was observed between increase in oxygenation and the initial tumor pO2 values at each measuring time-point, thus indicating that the more poorly-oxygenated tumors benefited most (rho = −0.725; P = 0.001). Additionally, the effect of ozone therapy was found to be lower in patients with higher hemoglobin concentrations (rho = −0.531; P < 0.034). Despite being administered over a very short period, ozone therapy improved oxygenation in the most hypoxic tumors. Ozone therapy as adjuvant in chemo-radiotherapy warrants further research.

Abstract: The use of ozone (O3) gas as a therapy in alternative medicine has attracted skepticism due to its unstable molecular structure. However, copious volumes of research have provided evidence that O3's dynamic resonance structures facilitate physiological interactions useful in treating a myriad of pathologies. Specifically, O3 therapy induces moderate oxidative stress when interacting with lipids. This interaction increases endogenous production of antioxidants, local perfusion, and oxygen delivery, as well as enhances immune responses. We have conducted a comprehensive review of O3 therapy, investigating its contraindications, routes and concentrations of administration, mechanisms of action, disinfectant properties in various microorganisms, and its medicinal use in different pathologies. We explore the therapeutic value of O3 in pathologies of the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary system, central nervous system, head and neck, musculoskeletal, subcutaneous tissue, and peripheral vascular disease. Despite compelling evidence, further studies are essential to mark it as a viable and quintessential treatment option in medicine.

Pathogen inactivation

When bacteria are exposed to O3 in vitro, the phospholipids, and lipoproteins that are within the bacterial cell envelope are oxidized. As this occurs, the stability of the bacterial cell envelope is attenuated. Moreover, evidence has demonstrated O3 to interact with fungal cell walls like bacteria. This disrupts the integrity of the cytosolic membrane and infiltrates the microorganisms to oxidize glycoproteins, glycolipids, and block enzymatic function. The combination of these reactions causes inhibition of fungi growth and mortality of bacteria and fungi.1,3,5 In vitro, O3 has been shown to interfere with virus-to-cell contact in lipid-enveloped viruses via oxidation of lipoproteins, proteins, and glycoproteins, thus interfering with the viral reproductive cycles.1,3,36 Specifically, animal models have shown that O3 therapy as an adjunct to vancomycin enhances the animal's capability to eliminate methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus mediastinitis.37

Immune system activation

In vivo, O3 therapy has been shown to have multifaceted effects when interacting with PUFA. As stated previously, O3 reacts with PUFA and other antioxidants, H2O2 and varies peroxidation compounds are formed. H2O2 readily diffuses into immune cells has been shown to act as a regulatory step in signal transduction and facilitating a myriad of immune responses.36,38 Specifically, increases in interferon, tumor necrosis factor, and interleukin (IL)-2 are seen. The increases with IL-2 are known to initiate immune response mechanisms.1 Additionally, H2O2 activates nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), which increase immunoactive cytokine release and upregulate tissue remodeling. H2O2 mediates the action of NF-κB by enhancing the activity of tyrosine kinases that will phosphorylate IκB, a subunit of the transcription factor NF-κB.34,37 Low doses of O3 have been shown to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis, release bradykinin, and increase secretions of macrophages and leukocytes.34 Having the correct amount of either of these oxidative markers can be used to create a sufficient rise in H2O2 and NO levels to stimulate the most notable increase in IL-8. IL-8 also activates NF-κB, allowing production of ROS scavengers.7

Animal models using O3 have shown to reduce and prevent inflammatory responses steming from the presence of E. coli in the renal system.26,38 Additional studies have provided evidence of the anti-inflammatory effects of O3. A study by Chang et al.25 purified rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblast cells from human patients and injected them into immunocompromised mouse joints. Using an Ozonsan-α generator to deliver precise gas flows to vessels in the localized area, the authors discovered that 3% and 5% O3 application significantly decreased the proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α without any toxicity or severe side effects.25

Studies have shown that human cancer cells from lung, breast, and uterine tumors are inhibited in a dose-dependent manner by O3 therapy in vitro. O3 concentrations of 0.3 and 0.5 ppm inhibited cancer cell growth by 40% and 60%, respectively. Furthermore, the noncancerous cell controls were not affected by these levels of O3. At 0.8 ppm, cancer cell growth was inhibited by more than 90%. However, the control cell growth was less than 50%. Additionally, as control cells aged, they exhibited further growth inhibition and morphological changes. The study speculated that as the healthy cells matured, there was a decrease in growth due to the increased cellular damage incurred by each division.39
