I just had a passing thought we got #Transformers #Masterpiece Road Rage and Exhaust and Tigertrack non of whom existed 30 years ago. as well as Green #Starscream I suppose & the Movie masterpiece toys. so I got to wondering why does Masterpiece have to replicate an original toy - the 3rd parties have no problem making toys of characters who never had a toy in the 1st place in that style so why not #Takara. Why not make a Masterpiece Drift, Jhiaxus or Straxus for example ? Heck why not Death Cobra or Super Megatron ? Personally though I think we could do with some more Minibots.
