19-year-old Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos, who DHS confirms is an illegal alien from El Salvador, has been arrested for the brutal murder of 42-year-old Carmen Lizet Puch. The victim was found at Difficult Run Park after being repeatedly stabbed and doused in gasoline by the suspect, her coworker, who allegedly attempted to set her on fire.
