No more golden parachute for politicians in Graubünden (canton of Davos)

My former home canton just voted to end the very generous retirement salary (on top of all over pensions and social security) that was paid out to former members of the canton government - no matter for how long. 115'000 CHF ($143K) per year. This is based on an initiative by SVP/UDC. They hold close to 30% of the federal vote, but win a lot of referenda votes.
