Some jokers just figured out that putting old people was very expensive and reduced their life expectancy. I’d say it all depends on the crime. Pedophiles, murderers? No pity! Property crimes? Négociable. The point is dissuasion, prevention and a perception of fairness.

Zermatt has been flooded a bit, due to the massive snow melt + intense rain. In Ticino, a section of the autobahn A13 has been washed out.
