• Creation of a community governance presence on minds.com

◦ Recreate a name for the community governance programme.

◦ Examine the already proposed objectives (as provided MindsGaming / MOWG) and change if necessary:

- Open Source Documents
Creation of documentation on the Minds framework, bugs, versions, code and more.

- Open Source Ethos
To make sure Minds does not lose track of its original ethos or open source foundation of Minds. Open Source, Community Owned, Free Speech network.

- Open Source Community
Building Create open meetings to discuss the necessity of implementation of issues, docs and more.

- Open Source Standards for Minds
To make sure Minds meets the standards set by the open source community relating to changelogs, framework, versions and more.

◦ Creation of a mission statement that provides a summary of objectives – suggestion: the following statement that was used with a recent comment.

“As for transparency, the whole purpose of this governance programme is to provide a platform for users to contribute to the Minds project, to support Minds Inc. to provide full disclosure of the Minds project and to encourage further implementations and usage of the Minds project.“

◦ Review current group logo and banner. As well as reviewing any alternative suggestions

• Update about Groups document / project

◦ FretzCapo and RealMindsChan to provide a brief update and overview of the Group document.

• Provide further information about document sharing and collaborative editing framework.

◦ Medworthy to provide information about a hosting platform to allow members to upload and edit documents, calendars and overview projects (based on the NextCloud and Collabora Office frameworks)

• Proposals for topics and date for next meeting (plus any tasks leading up to next meeting)

◦ Once mission statement and objectives have been agreed on, Medworthy to produce public blog article (which will provide an explanation of aims and also include any public statements).

◦ Suggestion: to invite Jack back for an update on Groups project.

• Any further business

After the meeting, we will open up the room for anyone (including observers) to ask questions or discuss any issues that may need clarifying.
