Independent Nurse Thinker, Polymath Wannabe.
Putting the pieces back together after spontaneous spiritual awakening and being a workhorse for big pharma as an ER nurse. Saving lives is great; shoving opiates in frequent fliers during an opiate epidemic, not so much.

My first calling was as a musician and songwriter...I was fortunate enough to have a good run...Some songs from a friend of mine you never heard but might like...

Friend of mine once told me this lyric should be stitched on a pillow:
"I believe that life is for living and love is the axis on which we turn
We bare our souls till all is forgiven
and clothe ourselves with the lessons learned"

A favorite quote from a favorite author:
βA human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.β
β Robert A. Heinlein
...and one I saw on a studio wall in Nashville:
βNever attempt to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and annoys the pig.β
β Robert Heinlein, Time Enough for Love
OK...one more...
βA dying culture invariably exhibits personal rudeness. Bad manners. Lack of consideration for others in minor matters. A loss of politeness, of gentle manners, is more significant than is a riot.β
β Robert A. Heinlein, Friday

I am an older gentleman now in retirement. I have paid my dues to the thieves in suits and hope that I can survive my remaining years while retaining whatever human(e)ity I have left. I don't take vaccines or meds and have not seen a Doctor in over 20 years and surprise, surprise, I am still very much alive and kicking.
Musician, professional bullshit detector.
I believe we need more transparency in government. I know we are lied to on a daily basis by the mainstream media and the history being taught in schools today is not only untrue, but harmful to any independent free thinking individual.
I believe freedom of speech is one of the most sacred rights we have as individuals. I welcome dissenting opinions as long as they are presented in a decent, coherent manner.
I enjoy truth, beauty and unusual stories. I follow lots of different people and post lots of things I find interesting. If I post something it's because I find it interesting, thought provoking or beautiful. I don't always agree wholeheartedly with everything I post but I do truly enjoy hearing what others have to say.
I find irreverent humor quite funny and also am known to curse. If that offends you then just move along.
The images I post on my channel are all found on the internet and are not my personal work.
You are always welcome to message me although I've found the Minds messaging system to be a bit wonky at the present time.
