I am a 6th generation New Orleans native, misplaced in the southern state that is called "North" for far longer than I care to admit. Dance, athletics, and movement have always been my biggest loves. The sport I train in most rigorously is martial arts (taekwondo) and I have also dabbled in diving, tumbling, and parkour. I am currently working towards certifications and fitness training and functional nutrition. In addition, I have aspirations to follow in the footsteps of my New Orleans ancestors in the fields of music publishing and hotel management while creating an entertainment company that produces works restoring American Patriotism and Christian values to the arts and entertainment sector. My dream is to live and work in the old hometown, where I was born and where my family's American Dream originally began.

Shotwell Publishing was born at the Lizard’s Thicket in downtown Columbia, South Carolina, in the summer of 2015. It was a reaction—at least in part—to the rabid anti-Southern hysteria that began sweeping the country during the build-up to and aftermath of the removal of the Confederate Battle Flag on the grounds of the South Carolina State Capitol.
