To my beloved self: treat yourself to the highest standards. Respect yourself and how you define your own respect. Treat yourself with knowledge because ignorance will be taken advantage of. Always remember that the ego you carry on your shoulders at times isn't because you lack your self-worth or confidence, it's merely the balance which you use to reflect on. When you know yourself truly, it is when you stop finding validations in others.
I am an older gentleman now in retirement. I have paid my dues to the thieves in suits and hope that I can survive my remaining years while retaining whatever human(e)ity I have left. I don't take vaccines or meds and have not seen a Doctor in over 20 years and surprise, surprise, I am still very much alive and kicking.
