Nutty Neighbor

I'm the Nutty Neighbor's neighbor. I post his publicly available videos. You'd think he was a troll, but this is a real person. He's so dumb he doesn't realize how ridiculous he looks. Imagine if you had to live next to this guy. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff I have to put up with. I used to give him a break because it's clear he's mentally defective, but after years of seeing how he treats people and putting up with his crap, I'm done being nice. The way I see it is if he's deemed sane enough to get a driver's license, then he's not retarded enough to get special treatment.
