I am basically a misanthropic Buddhist in terms of my personal philosophy. I try to kindle love and compassion for humans, but they sure make it difficult. That being said, I am not a pessimist. There is much beauty in this world and I live everyday to absorb as much of the good as I can and exorcise the darkness through my music. I am a big fan of H.P. Lovecraft's writing and the artwork of Zdzisław Beksiński. My favorite films include The Exorcist, The Thing, Eraserhead, Hellraiser. My favorite music ranges from Bach and Paganini to Throbbing Gristle, Skinny Puppy, Tangerine Dream, Inade, Coil, MZ.412. Basically I love art, film, literature and music that embraces the dark and the experimental.
