In life everyone have to make choices. Some of them are bad, some of them are good choices. It's not always easy to say which choice is bad or which is good. To choose the diet = biggest influence to your life. In media there are so much information about many different diets and foods. Some say chicken is healthy, some say cow-milk is healthy. But those are animal proteins and eating those day by day damages health slowly and leads to problems in old age. Pharma and doctors can't cure then those problems with pills, actually they don't have need to cure someone, they just need to hold sick people enough live some time, able to go visit doctor again who prescribe pills. This system is their money making machine. Basically for humans only one diet is healthy - it's the diet with whole plant foods. Non plant-based people probably think, if they leave animal products out from diet, then they will miss something, but it's not like so - you don't need to eat only some grass or green leafs (what will leave you hungry because doesn't contain enough calories), but it's important to eat a lot of starches - complex carbohydrates (example potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole grains, rice, corn, beans etc..) with vegetables, spices and make tasty meals with those.
