Colorado's rural counties are declaring one by one to refuse to uphold and enforce red flag laws, as well as any other new law coming from the state legislature that defies the US Constitution. The bill in question is HB19-11477, a “Red Flag” bill otherwise known as the Emergency Risk Protection Orders (ERPO) bill.
