To include in daily life. This is a good pattern for generalized daily reflection and meditation. Basically it is a review of your recent past and possible future activity, at all levels. This is based on "The Examen". 1. Ask the Great Self Aware for more light (understanding) 2. Give Thanks to the Great Self Aware (for the preceding moments, opportunities and possibilities) 3. Review the day (since last time) 4. Face up, to any shortcomings 5. Look forward to the coming day (for opportunities, possibilities and guidance in them)
