Everyone keeps missing the real story with Jussie Smollett. Yes, he hired two foreigners from Nigeria as part of his hoax, but it was only because he couldn't find two white people willing to walk around Chicago late at night wearing MAGA hats and yelling racist and homophobic taunts. The fact that he had to bring in foreigners to do the job that Americans were either unwilling or unable to do just proves how important immigrants are to this country's labor force.
