. @adventuresofmarkandtam @dailywine @Studio8424 #DelawareOhio #TheOakandBrazenWineCompany #DelawareLake While visiting Delaware Dam at Delaware Lake, and walking the trail across the Dam, we saw a couple of motorized hang gliders flying in the blue sky. Afterward, we stopped at The Oak and Brazen Wine Company for dinner. @tamgraver and I are drinking their cab while awaiting dinner. Here is the hang glider video, enjoy.!

Micro Center, https://www.microcenter.com , Bethel Road, Columbus, Ohio) made that $1500 Apple MacBook Air sale that Apple Easton said good-bye to, about 20 minutes prior. ( https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/920793358219595776 ) Adam in the Apple department was very knowledgeable and courteous as he explained the features, functions, and benefits of the new MacBook Air over the old one my wife @tamgraver had. With the “you want fries with that?” options, he made the $1500 sale and deserved every penny. If Micro Center trains other sales people with Adam as the model, they will continue to win business over competitors. While I would have liked to save more money, the fact is they had the best price for the specs compared to NewEgg.com for new equipment. Tom Welsh continues to run a tight ship over there. I have to recommend it. -Mark Watson @markrwatson #MicroCenter #BethelRoadStore #ColumbusOH #CustomerService #SevenStepSellingCycle @john @ottman

Apple (Easton store, Columbus, Ohio) said good-bye to a $1500 sale today. My wife @tamgraver was literally told by an employee (the same one) on two different occasions, as she was shopping for her MacBook Air, “I don’t have time for you right now!”. It was not as if she was tugging on his shirt like a child. She was browsing while waiting for her name to come up. Totally unprovoked. There is bad customer service, and then there is the kind of “service” that makes you never want to shop at that store ever again! Tam left the store! Apple lost a $1500 sale today. But they lost a lot more than that. #CustomerServiceIsAllYouHave #WhenYouLoseCustomersYouHaveNothing @john @ottman
