During summer days this place is jammed packed. People enjoying the waterfront and entertainers that are invariably around. But on this late November night there are few people around. A group of kids more interested in gossip than much else it seemed. The light was dim, cold enough that the moisture from the days meager melt had become slippery on the wood. Behind me I could hear the sounds of the harbour slapping against the boardwalk and my shooting partner telling me to move to the right a little more. This city gets quiet in the winter.
