I have Changed My stance on this topic... it should for sure be the other way around! point #1.. cats and kids in the house!.. out of sight.. out of mind! point#2 for going number 2! lol! not sure about you savages.. but, I fold the paper.. the TP has a ROUGH side and A SMOOTH side..when you pull from the top you have to flip it then.. fold it.. coming from the under side.. It's just pull fold wipe! no flip needed! ;)~
