Don't forget to interact with your favorite channels! @Minds is designed to encourage and reward reach and unique interaction. Content providers are rewarded for interaction while reaching more people, as apposed to user engagement alone. As such, your reminds (4 credits) are more valued than simple likes/votes (1 credit), as are post comments (2 points). Let your subscribers know how the #Minds reward system works, and support the channels that you enjoy! In addition to earning credits through post interactions, everyone gets 2 credits per hour for checking in (click on the news feed link or the minds icon in the upper left hand corner), and 4 credits for each new subscriber. Learn how #minds uses #ETH #tokens as #rewards for #network activity

As the saying goes, do what you love. Can't figure out what you love to do? Then love what you do. Can't love what you do? Then do something else. Can't do something else? Then put the mind in the space where it does nothing at all, until you can love that. Can't put the mind into a serene space? Then focus all of your attention on your breath until you can. So many people are trapped in the fight or flight response, with over stimulated parasympathetic nervous systems. Being in a constant state of stress destroys the mind, heart, and body. The simplest answer is to let go. There are no solutions in problems. There is no unity in separation. There is no wholeness within distress or disease.
