As the saying goes, do what you love. Can't figure out what you love to do? Then love what you do. Can't love what you do? Then do something else. Can't do something else? Then put the mind in the space where it does nothing at all, until you can love that. Can't put the mind into a serene space? Then focus all of your attention on your breath until you can.
