If the state can dictate who -- based on race, sex, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, etc. -- must be on your board of directors, it can also dictate who may not be. This is why the left's accusations against those on the right of being "literally Hitler" are so disingenuous: They're the ones clamoring for enabling and legalizing the actions of a Hitler. Or of a Stalin. Or of a Mao. Or of a Pol Pot. Or of an Idi Amin.
