A useful reference to use when bringing your tokens OnChain:

A lower gas price means less ether spent to move your tokens. But if the network is busy, an excessively low price could mean that your transaction is stuck in mempool limbo (meaning it will be prevented from processing).
This site provides a reference to what gas prices are currently being set and allows you to plan accordingly.
At the time of this post, gas is very low( < $.01USD). It could be a good time to move your tokens.
