Hello, this is my first post on Minds. Let me introduce myself - Previously, I was a so called 'Network Administrator', full benefits, making $60K a year...The money was great, but living the same exact day on repeat was not! It was like waking up to the same nightmare every day. Same miserable people, with their same computer issues that need fixed again and again. "I forgot my password", "my computer is slow", "it worked fined yesterday" ... I quit that job in May of 2018 and sold everything I owned, converted a van into an RV, hit the road and have never been happier! 🚐 Luckily, I was watching Blockchain technology videos early 2017; Andreas Antonopoulos in particular and it reminded me of back in 2012 when I had used the Silk Road. A website on the dark web to purchase drugs anonymously with Bitcoin, and have them delivered directly to my door from God knows who ... but that is a different story.. Back then, I never thought of Bitcoin as investment...just a currency. When I received my 2016 income tax return I invested in Litecoin when it was just $3 and Ethereum when it was just $7. I turned my small investment of $800 to over $26,000 at its peak last year! Litecoin hit over $420 and Ethereum over $1500!! Of course I didn't sell all my coins at the all time high for cash, so my portfolio has gone down a lot in USD value. Nonetheless, I still have a very nice nest egg! During the same time in 2017, a coworker had sold her house, quit her job, bought a RV!? Her and her husband have been traveling America ever since! They are @namasteinmyrv on Instagram. She inspired me to live my dream and do the same thing! So I decided winter of 2017 that I was going to quit my job too, sell everything I own, and move into an RV (or van converted into one) to travel the world! And I did exactly that just a few months later. 🚐 Follow me on my journey, traveling across America. Living only on Bitcoin! I live in a '92 GMC Vandura and have never been happier....
