Once you have the JWildfire software downloaded, unzip it to a new folder and also make sure that you have the latest version (Always) of Java installed on your computer. You only need to click on the icon that is the executable file, on Windows, vthis will be the "JWildfire.exe" file. Then you will be presented with the window below. Make sure to use enough Memory in this program, the window below allows you to change the memory amount, please note that you must use Megabytes (MB) and not Gigabytes (GB) to set this! I have 16GB of RAM on my PC, so I use 12GB in my settings for JWildfire. The more RAM that you use, the larger the render that you are able to make. If your system starts acting erratically while using JWildfire, you should drop the amount of RAM by 1GB or 1024MB until your system is stable again. This is nothing to worry about, but can happen if you allow JWildfire to use too much of your RAM. Once you have these settings correct, just click the Start button at the bottom center of this window and JWildfire will load and run. There is no install for this program, which is because it runs through the Java program which you must keep up to date in order to keep the security updates up to date. More help to come...
