My good men and women, as Dostoevsky teaches in Notes from the Underground, one should not become disillusioned with life to the point of becoming resentful towards being itself. Sure, not taking responsibility absolves you of your relationships to other human beings but Nature does not care what you feel about her. She is the concrete wall that you will never break afterall. By taking care of oneself and of others and truly pursuing the grandest ideals will life open up to you and show you how to be content. Rejoice and contemplate virtue!
