21 TV Shows That Should Not Have Existed, Yet Did

Please note: These are not necessarily bad shows. Just weird ones. When I say they shouldn't have existed, I mean that if these were brought to a TV producer he should have turned them down. True, some became hits. But who would have known at the time?
