While many of us have been protesting the NRA lately, some gun advocates are trying to spin this around and pin the blame on the deputy that hid outside the Parkland school during most of the shooting without ever going inside. #NotMyPresident Trump even called the poor deputy a coward. I'm sure nothing could be further from the truth. I mean, he had no choice. Legally, the deputy was prevented from going in and stopping the killer with his side arm because the school was a designated "Gun Free Zone."
