Tennis Balls I'm in the process of scanning the negatives from my film SLRs dating back to 1981. I just scanned this photo from early 1982 of tennis balls in my study. We were living in a townhouse in Novato (California) at the time and our first child was 6 months old. I was an avid tennis player since the 7th Grade and I still remember my first tennis racket: a Wilson wooden racket handed down from my dad. I stopped playing tennis when I tore the achilles tendon in my left leg about ten years ago. #TennisBalls
