Tremont Waters, the Tigers' star through ten games, had 17 ppints ans 6 assists, not to mention a key block in tbe waning seconds that could have tied the game had it gone in. The Tigers (6-2), became the first team to out rebound the Cougars (8-2). Corey David and Rob Gray had 20 points each for Houston with Gray also added seven assists.
