If you're just getting into lucid dreaming, here is a simple infographic that shows the tried and true trifecta for success. 1. Dream Journal-- because having lucid dreams is useless if you can't remember your dreams. 2. Reality Checks-- the necessary practice of questioning whether you're awake or in a dream, performed alongside an action that will confirm your reality. 3. Induction Techniques (WILD, DILD, etc)-- the part where you lie down with the intention to lucid dream and use a method to make that a reality (I recommend MILD for most people just starting out) Do these three things wholeheartedly and lucid dreams become an eventuality. These practices have survived because the work. Give them a try. Even if you don't end up finding a lifelong passion, you'll still gain an experience that just might stick with you for the rest of your life. Try not to get overwhelmed with lucid dreaming, it's a very simple process. The difficulty is in consistency. If you can commit yourself to these three things, you can be successful with the practice. I you found this helpful, vote up and share to spread the word of lucid dreaming. There's nothing to lose and a ton to be gained. Thanks
