Ammon Bundy says he has an ‘inalienable right’ to drive without registration. The Utah authorities who arrested him disagree.

Bundy does not dispute the sheriff deputy’s account of the traffic stop. What he does dispute is the requirement that he register the car: “I said, ‘Well, I do have a right to travel. It doesn’t come from you. It comes from God.’”
