A special Israeli force managed to "capture" the wanted man Fatah al-Ashkar last night in an operation near the municipal stadium in Nablus.

Al-Ashkar was one of the commanders of the "Aren al-Aswad" terror organization and also served as an officer in the security apparatus of the Palestinian Authority.
