An EU-Bangladesh partnership?

The EU want to create a partnership with Bangladesh, allowing for mass immigration of Bangladeshi - who are hated in India as bringers of crime and mayhem! 91% of them are Muslims. They have a very high rate of inbreeding and hence an average IQ around 75-81 (inbreeding leads to a massive IQ reduction). This is again pure insanity!
