This is the photo of the last known samurai who lived till the middle of the XX century. The picture is located in a museum in Aizu Wakamatsu, the last standing ground of the Samurai. In the photo, we see large mustaches and European-like facial shapes, which are very different from modern Japanese. Ainu was a military cast, acknowledged today as Samurai.
