Madooooooooone i just watched a lady put mushrooms in a bowl of water to wash them 🤦‍♀️🤌 Please don't do this. Mushrooms are like sponges and will soak up alot of water which alters the taste and texture once you cook them All you need to do is grab a damp paper towel and like gently wipe the tops of them off (and the stems if you're using them though i pretty much alway pull the stems out and throw em away)
