Quality Learing center received $8 million tax dollars since 2019

Between 2019 - 2023 they had NINETY FIVE violations leading to them being placed on a conditional license. They got their license back in 2024 and continued receiving taxpayer dollars. No kids were seen… This is from January 2025 Minnesota authorities KNEW for years.
