In 1998, Micheal Hill was at a friend's house, and after hearing a knock at the door, he went to see who it was. He opened the door and was st**bed in the skull with an 8-inch serrated blade. He was rushed to the hospital with his future uncertain. Remarkably however, Hill survived and was released from hospital within seven days.The knife did, however, cause permanent damage to his memory and paralyzed his left hand.
