This is a trailer for a brilliant documentary film called 'Unrest' (2017) that explains what it's like living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME)/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I've kind of given up trying to explain to people what it's like suffering from this condition because they either don't understand it or simply don't believe me. But if you are a sufferer yourself or know someone with this condition, you'll get a lot out of watching this film or it will give you a good idea what it's like.
