Missouri Constitutional Money Act Signed as Law | Tenth Amendment Center

Today, Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe signed the Constitutional Money Act into law. The new law officially recognizes gold and silver as legal tender, exempts both from state capital gains taxation, and bars state enforcement of any federal confiscation scheme.
