I've been thinking about this. Maybe Trump was a little more clever than I thought.... He basically 'telegraphed' his intent to bomb, verbally and even did a complete practice run. Iran got time to get their people out. Iran 'retaliated' by lobbing a few low speed missiles at American bases, easily blocked, no one was hurt. Now, the spotlight (and criticism) is on Israel
