Someone in Congress needs to introduce a bill to kick Californistan out of the US. If Rethuglicunts were worth a shit it would have already happened. Instead they sit back and debate sending more taxpayer money to a hellhole that has a decades long history of trying to rule all other states and the federal gubmint.
