Training for when TSHTF

I had a great time this afternoon getting training from my County's ARES folks on the use of FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) forms for properly documenting things during a disaster response event. The whole process reminded me a lot of when I did post-mission aircrew debriefs in the Navy.
