Imperialism & colonization was a mistake. Not because the "white man bad evil colonizer", but because the POCs will never acknowledge improvements to their lives brought by the colonizers, let alone be grateful. They will hyperfocus on whatever bad was done, and demand white people either leave or be exterminated. Bottom line: let the POCs die of starvation and disease. Let them slaughter each other. Don't intervene. Definitely don't import cheap labor, even if it's free.
