Florida Homeless

Florida is considered a transient state with a high population of homeless. Many of whom migrate from states such a as New York over the winter. Many will sleep in front of storefronts where there are power outlets so they can charge their phones. Others are in the woods and forests. They have no issue with taking it all off to bathe in the retention ponds. Sad to see. 😢
