Hitler's Birthday & Birthplace

On April 20, 1889, at 6:18 pm, in an upstairs room of 15 Salzburger Vorstadt in the Austrian town of Braunau am Inn, Klara Hitler gave birth to a son. She named him "Adolf." And so it began. Below: the doorway to the future in Braunau, and the room where Adolf Hitler was born
