Been going through a making fermented foods phase including:
1. Pickles
2. Kefir (Using live acidophilus tablets + milk)
3. Kombucha
4. Jalapeno and other chili peppers
It's interesting to me that I can use a 0.5 mg 100 Million CFU acidophilus tablet and yield several billion using a simple process.
And I can't wait to try the fermented jalapeños. Anybody have other recommendations for DIY fermented food and drink we should try?
